To demonstrate our confidence, we provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. This Warranty & Disclaimer Policy outlines coverage, claims process, exclusions, and important disclaimers, ensuring compliance with Google Merchant Center (GMC) guidelines, Google Ads policies, and eCommerce standards for transparent product representations. It does not extend to normal wear, misuse, or third-party alterations.

This policy integrates with our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Refund Policy. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Register your product at checkout for seamless claims.

1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

What It Covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., zipper failure, seam tears, or fabric fading under normal use) for 1 year from purchase date (or delivery, whichever is later).
  • Applies to all Loboza products; proof of purchase required.

What It Doesn't Cover (Exclusions):

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches from daily use, fading from sun exposure).
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or improper care (e.g., overloading beyond specs, machine washing without instructions).
  • Cosmetic issues not affecting function (e.g., minor color variations due to manufacturing).
  • Consumables like straps or accessories if not defective.
  • Products used commercially or for resale without prior agreement.

Warranty claims are at Loboza's discretion after inspection. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund (per Refund Policy) at equivalent value—no cash equivalents.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Follow these steps for efficient processing, aligned with GMC's clear support disclosures:

    • Include: Order number, product details, defect description, photos/videos, and proof of purchase.
  2. Review & Approval: We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and approve/deny within 3–5 business days after evidence review.
  3. Return (If Needed): Ship to: LOBOZA (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, Mughal Market, Bhanywali Rd, Perochak, Daska, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan (prepaid label provided for valid claims). Pack securely with original packaging.
  4. Resolution: Repair/replacement/refund within 10 business days of receipt/inspection. Shipping covered for valid claims.

International claims: Duties/fees your responsibility; we'll assist with documentation.

  • No Implied Warranties: This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
