  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of defect, such as clear photographs or a detailed description, must be included with your refund request.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Custom-designed or personalized products without defects.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care by the customer.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

3. Refund Process

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
