Shipping & Returns

At Loboza, we offer free and standard shipping on all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is usually completed within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

We currently ship to multiple countries using trusted logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring your package is securely packed, tracked, and delivered on time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns only in cases of verified manufacturing defects. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You must report the defect within 14 days of receiving your order, along with photo or video proof.

Please note:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • Returns due to sizing issues, personal preferences, or change of mind are not accepted at this time.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team.
